DeLonghi is an Italian appliance manufacturer of toaster ovens, coffee makers and espresso machines, heater, air purifiers, steam vapor cleaners, hand vacuums and electric brooms.

Out of all these products, we have selected the Scopa electric broom as being an excellent electric broom.  It is a sleek-looking vacuum with a powerful, adjustable-speed motor and a good-quality rug/floor nozzle that is removable and replaceable with an extension wand and crevice tool for baseboard cleaning or hard-to-reach places such as along fridges, etc.  It also comes with an upholstery tool which allows the vacuum either to be used for cleaning upholstered chairs, sofas, etc.; or, for cleaning stairs or even roomy automotive interiors.

As important as any other design feature, the Scopa is one of the very few electric brooms available today that provides micron filtration.  Most electric brooms use shake-out dirt cups which are messy and dirty to empty and do not provide very good filtration.  The Scopa, on the other hand, not only uses an easy-to-change, sanitary micron paper bag; but, features a micron filter after the motor to capture exhaust particles!
